In 2014 I purchased Dr. Sood's book "The Mayo Clinic Guide to Stress Free Living" and it literally CHANGED MY LIFE. (Thank you Tracy McCray for the recommendation!) After I read the book I became a resiliency trainer with Dr. Sood and have offered the SMART program many, many times. I am so very excited for Dr. Sood's new book as part of his new initiative, PACE (Parent and Child Empowerment.) If you are a parent and you want to raise happy, kind, resilient children, this book is for you. Dr. Sood is a master at teaching through storytelling and uses researched based strategies to help you raise thriving children. As panel member of PACE, I HIGHLY recommend this book.
